A lot has happened at the farm since our last post.  While we won’t go into all of those details here – mainly due to time and space- we are excited to announce that we will begin regular updates (with pictures) here each and every week.

The greenhouse is well on its way to being fully stocked with lettuce: mainly kale and romaine.  This lettuce is primarily sold to commercial customers in the Rock Hill area.

Out front we have over a dozen raised beds with beans, squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and peppers.  We’ve recently planted broccoli, celery, kale, and some more cucumbers.  Our desire is to make sure we have great, fresh local produce well into the beginning of fall.

The back of the property consists of bees, fruit trees, wild flowers, tomatoes and a few okra plants.  I say a few because the deer seem to enjoy munching on these plants as well as the bush beans we had planted.

A lot has happened since our last post.  A lot is planned for the future.  We appreciate your support of our farm and look forward to sharing stories, facts, and exciting news in the weeks to come.
