Cruising. . .

After multiple weeks of hard work towards the end of November, we're cruising through December and maintaining all that's been planted.  At this point we're making small tweaks to our system inside the greenhouse.  The most exciting things that are happening outside are the picking and pulling of weeds.

It's amazing, that even in the chill of the air, plants continue to germinate and grow.  Most every bed of the 48 beds that we built in November is showing new life.  Those that aren't should be in the next week and a half.
