Fall

Has fall finally arrived? I hope so! It was a great week on the farm and being able to work in cooler weather was a welcomed surprise.

We started turning some of our beds this week. We’re thankful that we’re not dependent on fall outside crops; yet, our restaurant partners still desire certain seasonal things. This week we were able to get kale, spinach, and beets planted. We hope to get carrots and a few other things planted in the coming weeks.
