Planning. . .

Planning is important. This is true with most things in life. Whether you’re a high school student planning for that next chapter after graduation, a young couple ready to start a family, or a seasoned employee who is ready for the next chapter of retirement - planning is key.

Planning on the farm is important as well. Restaurants tell us what sort of produce they want in what seasons and then we have to plan accordingly so that we can plant in advance enough for the produce to be ready to harvest in season. We also believe in the importance of crop rotation so we need to plan to not plant tomatoes in the same bed that we planted them last summer. Planning is key to success.

As we enter into fall and prepare for winter, we are already planning for what 2023 will hold in store. That seems crazy, sure, but it will be here before we know it. What are you currently planning for?

Enjoy your weekend and stay dry!
