Setbacks. . .

We’ve had a rough week at the farm. Over the weekend we had a GFI outlet trip which led to a loss of oxygen in our fish tanks resulting in quite a few (150+) deaths of our koi fish. Over the next day or so we’d also suffer setbacks outside when deer entered in through our fence and ruined 10-12 beds of produce. We like to post fun pictures and show you all the exciting things happening at the farm. However, the reality is, we’re dealing with agriculture. There’s risk. There’s loss. Nothing is guaranteed. There are setbacks. However, God is faithful and we’re still able to provide what we need to provide and we have the resources needed to be able to fix what’s broken and move forward with a new plan. That plan, today, involved slicing lots of Irish Springs soap in an effort to deter our four legged friends. We’ll see if it works.
