Some firsts. . .

We had a week full of firsts.

First, we welcomed a new employee named Grant. Grant lives in Chester and is going to be helping us every Wednesday. We’re excited to have him on board.

Second, we had some folks visit the farm and buy produce from us during the week. We’re currently working on plans to make this available in a more widespread fashion. This would mean that we’re able to publicize what we have available and when you can come and purchase. It’ll be limited in nature - especially this year. However, for those interested we’re working on putting together a plan.

Third, we delivered for the first time to Saltwater Markets in Fort Mill, SC. We delivered lettuce, beets, and carrots. Stop by and see them.

In addition to Salt Water Markets, we dropped off some lettuce for purchase at True Value of Rock Hill. We also delivered lettuce to Good Life in Fort Mill, SC and The Blend in Rock Hill for use in their restaurants.

It was a good week!
