What are we up to?

What are we up to these days? That’s a question we often get asked. So here’s a brief synopsis.

Jeremy is hitting the streets hard to find us new customers. We’re slowly adding stops to a Columbia/Newberry route that is helping move some lettuce as well as get our mission out into a new market. We delivered for the first time to Breads and Such yesterday. We’re excited for this new partnership and hope that those of you in the midlands will support them!

This week Jeremy met with a potential new customer in Greenville, SC. We believe that over the next few weeks this will come to fruition and we’re excited about that. This also leads us to be able to pick up more customers between Newberry and Greenville on I-26 as well as picking up more customers from Greenville back to Rock Hill/Chester via I-85.

This week Jay and I (Jamey) began planting our first round of corn. If you’ll remember from earlier announcements online we’re planning to trial a round of popcorn that is grown, popped, and packaged by our employees. No doubt we’ll have to subsidize the corn due to the limited availability we have to plant and grow it. However, we begun planting our first round of corn this week. We’re excited to see how it goes and grows in the coming days, weeks, and months.

Thanks for your continued support!
