CSA Prep…

Our annual CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) begins June 1. We have begun prepping and planting for that. The past two weeks we have prepped and planted into beds. Some of what we planted were transplants (we planted seeds in the greenhouse a few weeks ago and transplanted those to beds) and others were seeds. As of this writing we have planted tomatoes, cucumbers, pole beans, leeks, zucchini, Patty pan squash, and cow peas.

Next week we plan to transplant peppers and plant some other fun things.
