Spring has Sprung. . .

Jeremy and I believe that Spring is here. We spent most of the week prepping beds to plant into. In fact, we began planting tomatoes this week and expect to plant beans, peppers, and other fun things over the course of the next week to 10 days.

It’s very possible that another frost/freeze will occur. We had a late freeze last year. But we’re hopeful that we’re past the worst of our cold weather.

In addition to beginning the process of planting outside; we continue to make minor tweaks to the piping between the greenhouses. We also completed the filling up of our new greenhouse. This means we have 7,500+ heads of lettuce currently in our new greenhouse with another 800 or so remaining in the old greenhouse.

It’s about to get busy!
