Break?

We’re thankful for all of our customers - new and old - and for the support that YOU provide! This means, however, that we don’t really get a “break!” We were thankful for the opportunity to spend time with our friends and family celebrating Independence Day on 7/4! The reality, though, for a farmer is that a day away from the farm means “catch up!” Produce doesn’t stop growing, pests don’t stay away, and grass doesn’t cut itself. We’ve stayed quite busy this week cramming 5 days of work into 4 days. But we’re thankful for our busy season and glad to be able to have produce to harvest and lettuce to deliver!

On Wednesday of this week we welcomed three different groups for tours to the farm. We love the opportunity to share what we’re doing and tell folks how they can get involved. It’s always a JOY to tell folks more about us!
