With Thanks…

2023 has been a wild year! We started off the year with the construction of a new greenhouse. We completed our first harvest out of that greenhouse in May. We’ve explored highs and lows related to the growth and harvests in the greenhouse. To date we continue to trial and error various things related to the greenhouse and the growth cycles and harvesting of the lettuce.

With all of that said, we’re thankful! This has been our best year yet. We continue to produce more lettuce than last year this time, we’ve continued to be able to employ more people this year than last year, and we continue to make plans for future growth which allows us to hire more people and provide more fresh produce.

All in all…we’re thankful! We hope you’re able to enjoy this day with the ones you love!
