Inclusion Innovator

Jeremy and I were honored to represent the Farm and pick up the “Inclusion Innovator” award that was presented this past Tuesday night at the Adult Enrichment Centers’ annual fundraising dinner. It was a great night of delicious food surrounded by companies and people who seek to make inclusion of individuals of all abilities a priority.

You may not know it, but we’ve benefited from the Adult Enrichment Center! They have a Works program and through that program we have hired 2 individuals to work with us every week. This program helps with the onboarding and training of those we hire. For a period of time they also provide an onsite job coach! We’ve been so thankful for both of our employees (both named Grant!) who are a part of our Farm Family.

We don’t do what we do for awards. We do what we do because it’s the right thing. With that said, it is a humbling thing to be recognized by those who know a thing or two about workplace involvement.

We’re thankful.
