Slow Down…

This time of the year is typically slower for us. It’s not that lettuce doesn’t grow in the greenhouse during winter; it does! However, with the holidays and cooler weather restaurants tend to see a decline in the need for lettuce. This allows us to do some work around the farm and also allow our employees plenty of time off with family.

2023 has been a great year full of lots of learning and new opportunities. We’ve learned a lot this year and look forward to continued growth going into 2024.
