Goals

Goals. These aren’t the same as New Year’s resolutions, right? I hope not. Resolutions come and go as quickly as they’re dreamed up. Goals; they are the driving force behind the reasons why we do what we do. This is true in our personal lives just as it is in our business lives.

We have lots of goals at Growing JOY Farms. These goals shape why and how we do things. These goals are the reason we exist. These goals determine where, how, and why we spend our resources. One of the goals behind our farm is to provide you with fresh, local produce that is grown using a sustainable method. Another goal we have is to hire multiple individuals with special needs.

In the coming weeks we hope to share more of our goals and the tangible ways in which we’re going to make these things happen. You may be surprised with how they look. That’s what happens when two crazy guys with business degrees run a farm. . .
