Spring?

We know the reality. . . Spring is not here. However, the past two weeks have been a welcome sight at the Farm. The rain and warmer temps are causing life to blossom and grow. It’s been a great week.

This week we setup a 3 beehives to hopefully catch a swarm of bees so that we can have some honey to sell. We are amateur beekeepers. However, we have some help from some bee experts and are enjoying learning through other avenues. . .we will see what happens with our attempt to catch 3 swarms this Spring.

The aquaponics system is also doing really well and we’re excited about that. If you have a favorite restaurant that you think would benefit from our lettuce - please let them know. Please lettuce know. (See what I did there?!) In all seriousness, we’d love to get our produce into their restaurant.
